Thought I better touch base with everyone. It’s Good Friday here in Sevilla Spain. Yesterday we arrived after our bus trip from Evora, in Portugal.
It’s Holy Week here. They recreate the passion of Jesus Christ.
The dress etiquette here for women is to wear the mantilla on Holy Thursday and Good Friday.
Men wear dark suits.
We are having a great time although last night little sleep as the procession went almost all night. Our hotel backs onto the Cathedral.
Today a walk around Sevilla then tonight a dinner and Flamenco dancing.
Ah the church bells are tolling again.

Holy week in Seville would be amazing. I just returned from the Easter parade in Lorca that lasted until midnight. An incredible spectacle. Enjoy!
